Any merchandise that arrives damaged will be promptly replaced. Please notify us via e-mail within thirty days from the date of shipment of the order at: email@example.com
Returns should be Insured and have Delivery Confirmation.
With any non-defective merchandise, a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. The item must be undamaged and in its original package, along with the original sales slip. Shipping charges are not refundable as this was a service provided by another.
